Design Thinking
Each of the facilitation methods we use– and each combinations of methods that we custom-design for a particular organization– are based in Design Thinking: an approach to solving problems in ways that combine sensitivity for the context of the problem, creativity in generating insights, and rationality in analyzing various solutions for a given purpose. Design thinking allows for many possible solutions to be explored simultaneously, and the processes are always iterative.
